The best AI-native CRM platforms in 2026

AI-native means the CRM was built around the model, not retrofitted with one. The platforms that actually qualify in 2026, and what they cost.

Every CRM shipped an AI feature in 2025, and every one of them called it AI-native the following year. The word is worth keeping precise, because the difference it originally described is real and it decides what the software can do for you.

Native versus retrofitted

A retrofitted CRM has AI added to it. The schema, the permission model and the workflow were designed for people typing into fields, and the AI sits beside that as a panel: summarize this call, suggest a value, answer a question about the pipeline. Useful, and the human still does the work.

An AI-native CRM was designed the other way round. The record is structured for a model to read and write, actions are things software takes rather than menu items a person clicks, and the approval step exists because an agent is doing something rather than proposing it. That design decision is what separates the list below, and it is not visible in a feature comparison.

The platforms that qualify

Tool What it is Best for Cost of entry
Stalar Agentic workspace, works your CRM or becomes it Removing the upkeep either with or without a migration Pay per contact found
Attio The CRM itself, rebuilt AI-native Teams replacing their CRM outright From ~$34/user/mo, full migration
Day.ai CRM that writes itself from conversations Teams who want the record built from calls, not forms Quote, full migration
Reevo AI-native GTM platform with a CRM inside US teams consolidating marketing, sales and CS Platform contract, stack migration
Monaco AI-native CRM plus embedded sales experts Seed and Series A teams without sales leadership Platform contract, US-first
HubSpot Breeze Agent layer on the SMB suite Teams already on HubSpot Add-on pricing
Salesforce Agentforce Agent layer on the enterprise suite Large orgs committed to Salesforce Add-on, per-action pricing

Attio

Attio is the reference implementation of the idea: a flexible data model built this decade, fast, and genuinely designed for agents rather than adapted for them. It asks for a full CRM switch.

Day.ai

Day.ai takes the most literal reading of AI-native. The record assembles itself from the conversations your team has, rather than from forms they fill. Backed by Sequoia, and the closest thing on this list to a CRM with no data entry in it.

Reevo and Monaco

Reevo and Monaco are platforms with an AI-native CRM as a component. Reevo spans marketing, sales and customer success for US teams ready to consolidate; Monaco pairs its CRM with experienced salespeople for early-stage startups. Both are strong, both are a migration, and both build on US-first data. We compared Stalar and Reevo and Stalar and Monaco in detail.

HubSpot Breeze and Salesforce Agentforce

HubSpot Breeze and Salesforce Agentforce are the incumbents’ answer, and the honest description is agent layer rather than AI-native. The ceiling is the schema underneath, which was built for manual entry and constrains what an agent is allowed to do on its own.

Stalar

Stalar is AI-native in the design sense and agnostic in the deployment sense, which is the part that matters when a migration is what stops teams from switching. A sales brain records every prospect, conversation and touchpoint and learns from each one. Agents apply that context: updating records from what was actually said, drafting outreach in your voice, briefing meetings, and finding and verifying contacts when they are needed, priced per contact found. Keep the CRM you already run and agents keep it true, or adopt Stalar as the record itself. The brain is the constant either way.

How to judge the claim

  1. Ask what happens with no human involved. An AI-native product answers with an action; a retrofitted one answers with a suggestion.
  2. Price the migration honestly, in weeks of work rather than in licence cost, then ask whether the outcome you want actually requires one.
  3. Check the data model’s age. A schema designed before 2023 constrains every agent built on top of it, which is why the incumbent answers feel narrower than the startups’.
  4. Read the approval step. Our production numbers put it at 94 percent of drafts passing untouched, which is what a working approval loop looks like: a check, not a second round of data entry.

Frequently asked questions

  • What is an AI-native CRM?

A CRM designed from the start for AI to do the work rather than assist with it. The data model, the permissions and the workflow assume a model will read the record, act on it and write back. The practical test is what the software does on its own: an AI-native CRM updates the record from a call, an AI-assisted one offers you a summary to copy in yourself.

  • Which CRMs are actually AI-native?

Attio and Day.ai rebuilt the CRM around the model. Reevo and Monaco launched in 2025 and 2026 as AI-native platforms with a CRM inside them. Stalar is AI-native in the same sense but does not require you to move: agents work your existing CRM, or Stalar becomes the record itself if you would rather consolidate. HubSpot Breeze and Salesforce Agentforce are agent layers on suites built long before this, which is a different thing sold under the same word.

  • Is an AI-native CRM worth switching to?

It depends entirely on what your current CRM costs you in upkeep. If reps are keeping it current and the data is trustworthy, the migration is rarely worth it. If the pipeline is out of date the week after a review, the upkeep is the actual problem and it is worth solving, though not necessarily by migrating: an agentic layer on your existing system reaches the same outcome without moving the data.

  • What does an AI-native CRM cost in 2026?

Attio starts around $34 per user per month. Day.ai, Reevo and Monaco are quote-based platform contracts. Agentforce and Breeze are priced as add-ons to suites you already pay for, often per action or per conversation, which gets expensive at volume. Stalar charges per contact actually found and verified, so the cost follows results rather than seats.
