Support
Existing customers get help from inside the workspace, where the request lands with the context attached, or at the same mailbox. Say which account and what you were doing, and paste the exact text of anything that went wrong.

For questions about personal data, to exercise your rights under the GDPR, or to report a security concern, email hello@stalar.ai. The privacy policy explains what we collect and why, and the terms of service cover the agreement between us and our customers.
Press and partnerships
Journalists, analysts, CRM vendors and agencies who want to work with us: the same address, with "press" or "partnership" in the subject line so it reaches the right person first time. The research we publish from production data is on the blog, and every number in it can be quoted with attribution.
